Dr. Justin Herbert, PharmD runs a consultancy for extraordinary people who know deep within they are leaders.
He works primarily with people who have grown frustrated with the sick care model of "healthcare", the pill for every ill reductionist medical model, & those who just don't feel heard.
His services have helped Veterans make the case for service connection who went on to be awarded VA disability compensation.
He also works with practitioners that have achieved high marks and have received numerous accolades in their professional careers...but need more. He has worked with many business owners, nonprofit leaders and individuals with military backgrounds who are accomplishing impossible goals and transforming lives... including their own.
A thought leader in advancing the profession of pharmacy he is involved with a number of ventures that are reshaping the experience of healthcare and the concept of pharmacist care services.
He has a background in Military leadership, Planning, Maintenance Operations & CBRN-E warfare. He has a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree. He is an expert in the fields of Drug Induced Disease, toxin exposure health & DNA guided nutrition and lifestyle planning. He specializes in functional medicine, hypnotherapy, genomic consulting, & coaching.
As a coach he prefers to work with individuals with big dreams and thoughts that get in the way of them achieving their Ikigai or reason for being.

Here's the "real" Bio...
My name is Justin Herbert. I'm not an American Footballer. I'm a Pharmacist, Army National Guard Veteran, Philanthropist, Entrepreneur and Father.
I've been to war. I've had business ventures administratively dissolved, twice. I've spent 25 years, trying to fit in, & feeling miserable and alone. I've struggled financially. I've started a nonprofit, achieved 501c3 in 3 months and then spent nearly 3 years doing almost everything I could to help it grow except actually showing up and asking people to invest in my dream, turned vision, defined mission, legally formed charitable structure. I'm still challenging myself to be a better founder, leader and fundraiser! I've been clinically depressed for over 15 years with almost daily thoughts that I'd be better off dead. I've grieved losses and failure and celebrated many successes.
I'm not like most pharmacists- I've spent the last few years learning to challenge peoples thinking about their health & wellness. First I had to learn how to challenge my own - this was not easy and I admittedly did not take the best approach for about 15 yrs. Taking a deep dive into the world of clinical hypnosis was paramount in achieving my personal transformation.
I love to help people see they don't have to accept the negative opinions of others with skills that are called coaching. I've learned how to gain clarity and confidence about my past - and it has made a world of difference in my life. Your DNA is not your destiny and your life from here on does not have to be defined by a diagnosis.
